New Youth Weight Training Sessions

This 4-week strength training program helps youth build muscle while safely maintaining form through a variety of techniques. This youth fitness program educates and emphasizes the importance of fitness and how to properly use fitness equipment in a safe and fun manner taught by a certified personal trainer. 

Cost: $75 for Y members; $85 for non-members (A $300+ Value)

Limited to 8 per class*

*Class confirmation subject to at least a 5-person enrollment

WHEN: Classes sessions run July10—August 3

·  Wednesdays at 9:30am and Fridays at 10:30am Youth Strength Train 1 (8 - 11 years) with Lori. Emphasis on body weight exercises and basic resistance training + fun!

·  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am Youth Strength Train 2 (12+ years) with Andrew. Emphasis on proper weight machine & free weight use + fun!
