Want to improve your health, but aren’t sure how to start? If you’re a YMCA member, you can take advantage of our Free Personal Fitness Program, available at the Thornton Family YMCA.

For no additional charge, we will pair you with a personal wellness coach who, after a series of one-on-one meetings, will help you plan a manageable exercise program designed to help you meet your wellness goals.
