- Fitness Profile. A 30-minute health assessment (heart rate, blood pressure, body fat, flexibility, and other physical criteria) that can help measure overall fitness goals.
- FitLinxx® Orientation. A digital program designed to help coach users through their workouts, record data, and remind users of their workout routine. Users receive a PIN # and are shown how to use the FitLinxx system.
