The YMCA of Greater Tulsa’s is focused on improving the health of the greater Tulsa community. With that focus comes the opportunity for our collaboration with OU Physicians-Tulsa and OU Physical Therapy, as well as other organizations, like the Parkinson’s Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Children’s Hospital at St. Francis, and the American Heart Assocation (to name a few) to pay great dividends to members with unique health considerations. LiveStrong at the Y
A 12-week, evidence based exercise program that helps cancer survivors reclaim their health and well being following a cancer diagnosis. Facilitated in a small group and supportive environment, the program includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance, and flexibility exercises.
