Iron Men
Every man is in a different stage of his fitness journey, and our trainers design sessions to meet the goals of each participant.
Our Iron Men Program is designed specifically for men who are ready to break out of their comfort zone and push themselves in a small group setting that is structured and motivating. Iron Men gives men the tools to confidently strength train, no matter what age or ability level. Our program consists of 2 or 3 days per week of weightlifting with a certified personal trainer who will push you every step of the way to reach your full potential while learning proper exercise form. Each session will target specific muscle group/body parts and periodized training programs will help you power through plateaus, allowing you to achieve goals you never thought would be possible.
