Every woman is in a different stage of her fitness journey, and our trainers design sessions to meet the goals of each participant.
Our Iron Girls Program is designed specifically for women who are ready to break out of their comfort zone and push themselves in a small group setting that is inclusive and motivating – delivering muscle-building success! Our program consists of 2 or 3 days per week of weightlifting with a certified personal trainer who will encourage you every step of the way to reach your full potential and learn proper exercise form. Each session will target specific muscle group/body parts that will get you lean and toned, build confidence while utilizing proper form that will improve your posture.
