A total body workout combining 30 minutes of high repetition strength training, and 12 minutes of flexibility and mobility work. In this class, you will build muscle, increase endurance, and finish with deep stretching to restore and refresh. Perfect for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Expert coaching and high-energy motivating music will push you through a wide variety of innovative exercises that use your body weight, weight plates, The STEP, and a mat. All equipment is provided– please bring a towel and water bottle for hydration.
