Ready to try something new and energizing? Kickboxing for All is a fun, beginner-friendly class designed for ages 8 to 100 who want to move, sweat, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

In this 50-minute, high-energy workout, you’ll learn the basics of punches and kicks while improving strength, coordination, agility, and cardio fitness. No experience is required — just bring your energy and get ready to move!

Each class combines dynamic warm-ups, agility drills, shadow boxing, combination practice, and heavy bag work to help you build power, sharpen your skills, and boost your fitness. Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, get stronger, or simply try something new, this class is for you.
