Iron Women
Every woman is in a different stage of her fitness journey, and our trainers design sessions to meet the goals of each participant.
Our Iron Women Program is designed specifically for women who are ready to break out of their comfort zone and push themselves in a small group setting that is inclusive and motivating. Iron Women gives women the tools to confidently strength train, no matter what age or ability level. Our program consists of 2 or 3 days per week of weightlifting with a certified personal trainer who will encourage you every step of the way to reach your full potential while learning proper exercise form. Each session will target specific muscle group/body parts and periodized training programs will help you power through plateaus, allowing you to achieve goals you never thought would be possible.
