YMCA members who come to the Downtown branch enjoy over 23,000 square feet of activities that encourage a healthy spirit, mind and body. Y members also enjoy group exercise courses as part of their membership, a fitness center, whirlpool, dry sauna, full locker room facilities, Personal Trainers on-site, and more. The Downtown Y does not have a garage; members use on-street parking.

  • Signed Russell Westbrook Photo
The Downtown YMCA is auctioning off a signed picture of Russell Westbrook. Starting bid is $100. All proceeds will go towards our United Way Campaign goal of $1700. We appreciate your support!
  • $1 Chair Massage
During the month of October, the Downtown YMCA will be offering chair massages in the lobby for $1 per minute. All proceeds will go toward our United Way Campaign goal of $1700. Walk-ins welcome or you can call the front desk to schedule an appointment - 918.583.9622. Help us get there one massage at a time!
  • "Poor Man's Massage" Foam Rolling
Looking for a class to teach you about Self-Myofascial release and its benefits? Get relief for those tired and sore muscles. Come to this Foam Rolling Class and learn how to train smarter, decrease recovery time, and boost performance. Every Wednesday from 12:00pm-12:45pm in Studio 2. And if you are feeling spicy, stay for the NEW 1:00pm Rip & Ride Indoor Cycle Class immediately following.

It's almost spring, and you know what that means.....Classes on Guthrie Green are back! Starting April 3rd the schedule is as follows: M & W - 5:30pm Yoga T & TH - 5:30pm Bootcamp W - 6am Bootcamp AND on May 1st we will add Defend Together on Mondays at 6:30pm
  • MOSSA LAUNCH: Strength Train Together and Defend Together
Downtown will be launching MOSSA's Strength Train Together (STT) and Defend Together on April 17th. STT is a results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight. Defend Together is an explosive MMA cardio and strength workout. If you want total body transformation, THIS is what you have been waiting for!
