How do you become a member? Schedule your test-out date with our Personal Trainer, and complete three lifts – the deadlift, the bench press, and the squat. The total weight of 1 rep of each must be at least 500 pounds for the 500 Pound Club or 1000 pounds for the 1000 Pound Club.
